    Founder, Arcticana

    Since 2005, Caroline has successfully developed and deployed business and technology transformation for global organizations like NOKIA, CITEC, KONE, and NAAVA. From designing strategies to implementing solutions, she has overseen entire value chains. Caroline hold a BBA, MBA, and certifications in Salesforce and Lean Six Sigma. Operational excellence and driving transformative change are her passion. 

    Arcticana was founded in June 2023, and offers a wide range of Business Transformation, Business Technology and Operational Excellence related services to help companies improve processes, enhance organizational capabilities, and align their operating model with their strategic business objectives. As a boutique agency, their number one goal is to provide the most effective and customized experience to our customers. Their customers include newly launched Elevator and Building digital scanning provider Skanio, low-code leader E-systems Nordics, and European horticulture leader Kekkilä-BVB.

    Fadumo Ali
    CEO and Founder, Hoiwa

    Fadumo Ali is the founder of Hoiwa Oy, a social and health care company, and in 2021 she was selected for the list of 100 Healthcare Influencers of the Year, Espoo Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 and recently Alumni of the year for Metropolia University.

    Fadumo set out to solve the shortage of healthcare employees in Finland. In two years she has brought about multiple changes in the sector, including raising nurse salaries and helping organizations to recruit staff quickly and flexibly. Hoiwa already has over 6000 workers in long and even one-day contracts.

    Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Enfuce

    Monika is a disruptive leader in the payment industry, advocating for social inclusion and climate action.     Windi Muziasari, PhD
    CEO and Founder, Resistomap

    Windi Muziasari is a global citizen from Indonesia, and has been living in Finland since 2010. She has gained years of experience and the know-how to monitor antibiotic resistance from environmental samples such as wastewater, rivers, lakes, soils and manure during her PhD and PostDoc at the University of Helsinki, Finland. She wanted other researchers at universities, governmental agencies, and research institutes to gain easy access to this technology and that was why she moved from academia to entrepreneurship by founding Resistomap in 2018.

    Resistomap has served over 400 projects and analysed over 16,000 environmental samples across 45 countries. Headquartered in Helsinki, Resistomap's mission is to mitigate the spread of antibiotic resistance by providing robust tools for monitoring. Resistomap is the first and frontrunner company for antibiotic resistance monitoring service from any samples.

    Yesika Aguilera
    CMO and Co-Founder, Tespack

    Yesika Aguilera, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and top 100 women in technology, is a leader in business technology.
